Founder & Managing Director
Ravi is our founder and Managing Director. He brings a wealth of experience in developing innovative HR strategies and solutions across a range of industries. Ravi has consulted clients within Financial Services, Fashion, Wealth Management, Aerospace, Government, Healthcare, Utilities, Construction and Music & Entertainment.
His expertise lies in creating sustainable transformation solutions that drive organisational growth, with change management and employee experience in the heart and centre.

Interestingly Ravi holds a private pilot's license and loves to fly for fun. In addition, he is a avid wildlife photographer and likes to spend his time off around nature and wildlife.
Jonathan Berlusconi
Programmes Director
Jonathan (JB) is our Senior Programme Director and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of some of our largest, complex programs that often span multiple geographies. His role involves strategic planning, coordination, and ensuring alignment with the client goals and objectives.
JB's expertise is in managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing challenges that arise during the execution of large scale Programmes.

JB likes to spend his spare time with his wife and children and has a fascination with sports psychology, with one of his son's trying to make it as a professional sportsman.
Nikki Best-Zdidi
Technical Solutions Director
Nikki is our Technical Solutions Specialist, bringing a wealth of experience in developing innovative HR solutions that support service delivery and strategic objectives. Nikki is a systems expert and has lead multiple technical teams in developing complex global technical solutions.
Nikki's expertise is being able to connect business needs to drive technical solution design. Her strategic approach to solution development ensures the workforce is equipped for long-term success.

Nikki enjoys spending her time off in the south of France in a cosy château with her husband and children.
